How was the WQ created?
The WQ scoring system is modeled after the intelligence quotient (IQ) and emotional quotient (EQ) score systems. However, SolaVieve introduces an additional quotient: this one measures an individual’s health from a holistic and comprehensive standpoint. Each determinant (social, mental, physical, spiritual, environmental, and economic) has a score between 0 and 100 points and generates a wellbeing score between 0 and 160 points. Different questions are weighted differently on the specific determinant score, depending on research and data analysis.
What do the WQ results tell me about my health?
The WQ results can be seen as a useful health tracking tool, which allows you to monitor your health and observe how different holistic determinants improve as you go through your health journey.

Virtual Coach Sessions
How many virtual coach sessions can I benefit from for free before I am required to subscribe?
For the time being, you can benefit from all of the virtual coach sessions for free.
How long does each session with Holi last?
Each session with Holi lasts approximately 40-45 minutes, and it is divided into 4 to 5 modules, with 10 minutes duration each.
Who is Holi?
Holi is SolaVieve’s virtual coach, who aims to guide and empower users by offering them personalized advice and empowering them to live healthy and well, by guiding you through a 24-session journey, through the six dimensions of health. Holi is based on scientific and evidence-based content, created by our team of researchers, and reviewed by specialists.
Can a practitioner give me a medical prescription?
Our set of experts are focused on preventive health & integrative solutions which do not consider medical prescriptions.
What do your practitioners specialize in?
We offer an extensive range of practitioners, who are licensed and trained in preventive health. Here are the six dimensions of holistic health covered by our practitioners:
Are Holistcly providers licensed?
Of course! All of our practitioners are licensed.
I can’t find my upcoming session. What should I do?
Go to your profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and there you’ll find all your upcoming sessions. If you booked a session and it does not appear on the upcoming session page, please contact us with the information from your confirmation email.
How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment with a practitioner?
You can cancel an appointment in your profile, upcoming sessions, at least 24 hours before the meeting. If you cancel after the timeframe, the charge will be processed.
How can I book an online consultation?
Once you have clicked your practitioner’s icon, you can easily choose the duration of the meeting, a time and a date, and the medium you would like to use (video or phone) at your convenience.
How can I access the list of all the practitioners available?
You will be able to see the list of practitioners who are available to help you with a specific area of improvement by: clicking on the name of the session you are interested in from the menu (e.g., “getting better sleep”). Clicking on “book a practitioner,” and then “view practitioner.”
What is my display name for?
Your display name will be shown in all your accounts, as well as in our communications with you and practitioners’ appointments that you may book. This display name is the name you filled out when registering for the app. If you want to change it, please go to “settings” then “display name.”
I forgot my password. What should I do now?
You can reset your password by following these steps:
1. Select the “forgot password” option on the opening screen.
2. Tap “forgot password.”
3. Enter the email address you signed up with.
4. Open your email address and click on the link we sent to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam folder!
Can I delete my account?
1. Open the settings window.
2. Tap on “Delete Account.”
3. Enter your password and tap delete account. Keep in mind that if you delete your account, all account-related information – including statistics and journey – will also be deleted.
How do I update my account details?
Tap on the settings window. Under the voice account, you will be able to change your display name and password and delete your account.
Subscription & Billing
Why does Stripe save my credit card details when I book an appointment with a practitioner?
Stripe keeps your information until the appointment begins, which is when your card is charged. Your card information is deleted when the invoice is created. You will receive an email containing the invoice and a confirmation that your information has been deleted from our system. You will receive this email at the latest 10 days after the appointment.
Does Holisticly offer refunds?
Refunds may only be offered under certain circumstances when verified by the SolaVieve team. If you have doubts about the services you received, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Which payment options do you accept?

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Holisticly subscription, please use the unsubscribe option in the payment settings menu.
Can I redeem a promo code to use the app?
We are not offering that option at the moment, but stay tuned for promo code offerings in the future.
Can I freeze my subscription?
Currently, we do not offer that option. However, you can stop the auto-renew option whenever it is most convenient for you. Use the unsubscribe option in the payment settings menu. You can subscribe again whenever it is suitable for you.
I purchased a subscription but I can’t see the details in the app settings. What happens now?
You might have purchased the subscription with a different email. Try logging in with another email. If you still cannot find the subscription, please contact us.
