Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services that we provide to you through our Health App (“App“) or through the website (“Website”) with the URL holisticly.io. Both the App and Website are referred to as “Platforms”. 

When using the Platforms you can encounter Holisticly Private Service (“Virtual coaching“), referred to as “Services”. 

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you as a user (referred to as “User”, “you” or “your”) and SolaVieve Technologies GmbH, a limited liability company registered in Germany (referred to as “holisticly”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These replace any Terms and Conditions of services that you may have previously agreed with SolaVieve in connection with the Platforms.

We use your data in accordance with our Data Protection Declaration & Cookies Policy. Please take the time to read it as it contains important details about how we secure and process your data.

About us and our services

We provide information services through our digital healthcare tools such as various virtual coaching sessions provided in our menu of services (“Virtual Coaching”) and a video, chat or call consultation with professionals in the health field (“Practitioners Service”). More information can be found on our platforms.



By using our Platforms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country, that you have full power, capacity and authority to agree to the Terms and Conditions, that have not been previously suspended or removed from using the Platforms, and that the information you submit to us is true, accurate and complete.

User Account 

In order to use our platforms you will need to create a user account with your first name (also referred to as Display Name), email, and location and you will need to create a password. This password should be strong and contain a number and a special character. 

If you have an account created in another SolaVieve platform, you will be able to sign up with the same account details.


You are responsible for all content you provide to us in any manner, and you represent and warrant you have all the rights necessary to do so, in the manner in which you contribute it. You must keep your information accurate and current. You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the services we provide.

Use of the Services

The agreement of our services is between you and us. If you access our services from outside Germany, you should check that access to our services is lawful in the area in which you are located. 

Provision of the Services to the User

We may stop providing you the Services, subject to the provisions in force:

  • if the Services are unavailable for reasons beyond our control
  • if you do not comply with the conditions for use of the Services
  • if you breach any other term of this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within 7 days of our request

Virtual Coaching Sessions Services

Digital Health Tools

We offer Virtual Coach Sessions that provide practical knowledge and personalized solutions, empowering you to make the right health decisions and to improve your quality of life.

In this service we provide messages based on information we receive from you. These answers contain certain general medical information. However, the results of these services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for the use of these answers. We are not liable for any claims, loss, or damage arising from the use of those. 

You should always consult with a qualified medical professional if you have any questions about your personal health and medical condition. 

Payment and Subscription

This service is free for up to 2 (two) Virtual Coaching Sessions. If you would like to undertake more than 2 Virtual Coaching Sessions, you need to subscribe to this service by paying a monthly amount, which can be found in our Platforms. The payment will be automatically charged from the bank details you insert in the platforms. 


In case you would like to unsubscribe to this service, you can do this by going into your profile > subscriptions, and click on unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time, 24 hours before the subscription period ends.


All services are currently offered in English. 

More languages will be offered in the future.

Condition Requirements 

When you answer the questions on the App, the information returned will be based on general health information and not on personal health advice given to you.

Practitioners Services

Digital Health Tools

We offer personalized services focused on preventive health through video, audio or chat consultations with practitioners (“Practitioners Services“). Practitioners are qualified health professionals, such as psychologists and nutritionists. They do not provide therapy and do not prescribe medication, they strictly advise on your six health dimensions in relation to their professional knowledge. 

THE SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR THE PROVISION OF CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS AND YOU SHOULD NOT USE IT IF YOU NEED ANY OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION OR APPROVALS FOR PURPOSES. You should always consult with a qualified medical professional if you have any questions about your personal health and medical condition. 


The practitioners are independent contractors. We require every practitioner providing services on the Platforms to be an accredited, trained, and experienced licensed professional or similar applicable recognized professional certification based on their state and/or jurisdiction.

The Practitioners do not provide any treatment, diagnosis or prescriptions (medical or supplementary), their services are related to guidance and advisory coaching. Before starting a session with a Practitioner, you will receive the Health Life Questionnaire, this questionnaire will help practitioners understand your habits and background so you can take advantage of the entire time of the session.

Even if we hope that the practitioners will be able to help you with your situation and doubts, you understand, agree and acknowledge that they may not be the appropriate solution for everyone’s needs and that they may not be appropriate for every particular situation.

In case of Emergency

Our practitioners services are paid, you can find the prices of the sessions on our platforms. To proceed with the payment you will need to insert your card information everytime you book a session as we do not store your payment information after the transaction is concluded.

Reschedule and Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with a Practitioner directly on the platform . You are able to do this by going into your profile > upcoming sessions, and here you will find the option to cancel or reschedule.

You can cancel 24 hours before the consultation. If you cancel within 24 hours from the consultation, the full amount of the consultation will be charged.

Technical Requirements and Availability of Services

Technical Requirements for the use of the Platforms

The App contains software provided by third-parties and uses certain information you provide us with to operate. We design our Services, and the Platforms to keep your personal health information safe and secure.

If you use a wireless network to access the Platforms, we do not recommend the use of public Wi-Fi equipment. Instead, we suggest the use of a personal Wi-Fi connection, and that the wireless network be secured with WPA-2 security. We recommend that the device from which you access the Platforms is password protected, locked after a short period of inactivity, and protected with appropriate antivirus and anti-malware software. You may not use or expose the App or the Website to contamination by viruses or malicious software. 

You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or Platforms. You need to download the App via our Website. Please do not install our App on a device whose operating system has been compromised or may compromise the security of your personal information.

Browser Requirements for the Holisticly App

If your browsers support WebApp, you would have no problem accessing our Holisticly app with an exception of Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11. In order to avoid unnecessary difficulties, we recommend using browsers other than Internet Explorer.

If your browsers are PWA support (Progressive Web App), here are the lowest standards you should have









Inform us

We try to ensure a high standard of bug-free display by using, for example, extensive testing. However, we can not guarantee that. If you experience any unintended difficulties, please inform us. 

We take no responsibility for any improper functioning of the services due to the use of devices or browsers which do not meet the technical criteria.

Updates, maintenance work and repairs

From time to time you may receive App updates. We recommend that you always use the latest version of the App to benefit from the latest improvements. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the Services until you have downloaded or streamed the latest version of the App and accepted all new terms and conditions. 

Technical matters, such as data updates, repair of bugs and maintenance work, or security-related threats or problems affecting the infrastructure may require us to suspend our services to ensure their security and/or optimal operation.

Impossibility in providing the services

We may not be able to provide our services if they are affected by events beyond our control. In case of such an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and take the steps we can reasonably take to minimise the disruption to our services. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for this.

Intellectual Property and User License


We own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App, the Website, our Services and their content (“Holisticly IPR”).

User’s License to use the platforms

You are not granted any right to use, and may not use, any of Holisticly’s Intellectual Property Rights other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions and subject to the following conditions:

  • We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Platforms, and you may not modify the Platforms or any portion of it except with our express written consent. This license does not include resale or commercial use of the Platforms or its contents, derivative use of the Platforms or its contents, or use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • The Platforms or any portion of the Platforms may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by the Company.
  • You may not use, remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices that have been placed in any part of the Platforms. 
  • Damages caused by the actions of third parties for which we are not responsible.


We reserve the right to alter or revoke your license or your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason. 

Third Party Services and Content

The App, Website, or a Service may contain links to other independent third-party websites (“Third Party Sites”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Holisticly does not control, endorse or adopt any Third Party Content and has no responsibility for Third Party Content including material that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable in your jurisdiction.

If open-source software is included in the App, the terms of an open-sourced license may override some of the terms set forth in this section.

You acknowledge and agree that our provision of the necessary platform infrastructure and storage of end-user data for the Services is provided by SolaVieve Technologies GmbH through the Google Cloud. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, to the extent that the Services include services provided by Google, SolaVieve Technologies GmbH will pass on Google’s obligations regarding the use of Google Cloud for the Services, and SolaVieve Technologies GmbH. The only obligation regarding the use of Google Cloud with the Services is to enforce its rights against Google on behalf of SolaVieve and you. SolaVieve shall not be liable to you if SolaVieve is unable to obtain redress from Google.


Given the nature of online services, we do not offer refunds unless, 

  1. The service was not provided due to SolaVieve’s fault or negligence; 
  2. Practitioners’ unprofessional behaviour, or, 
  3. Mandatory refund under German consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. 

If you wish to request a refund, please contact info@holisticly.com: addressing the reason(s) of your request and including any evidence or document related to it.

Limitations of Liability, Disclaimer and Indemnities 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Holisticly be liable for any:

  • Loss or damage that is not a foreseeable consequence of a breach within these terms and conditions. 
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential damages, and/or force majeure.
  • Loss or damage caused by defective digital content if you have not followed our instructions for use or advice in these terms and conditions.
  • Any business and corporate losses you incur as a result of using the Services. We provide the Services for your private and personal use.
  • Any loss or unauthorized access to your information due to your failure to follow our instructions and advice.

Our liability for the provision of the Services is regulated by the relevant provisions of law. 


Our software and services are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty of any kind. 

Our Virtual Coaching services and information provided are informational and are not a substitute for the advice of health care professionals. The information is not intended to be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Users accessing the information take full responsibility for the use of the information. We are not liable for any claims, loss, or damage arising from the use of the information.


You agree to indemnify us (including officers and employees) against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including attorney ‘s fee) arising from or in any way related to any third party claims relating to your use of the services (including any actions taken by a third party using your account), and your violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Changes and Updates

Holisticly may terminate or modify any feature or part of the Platforms at any time. We may also revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated Terms and Conditions on the Platforms and by requiring your acceptance. All such changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to all access to and use of the Platforms thereafter. Your acceptance and continued use of the Platform following the posting and information of such revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your understanding and agreement to the changes which are binding on you.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. However, the mandatory provisions of the state in which the user has its place of residence or place of habitual residence remain unaffected.

General and Data Privacy


By using the Platforms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all rules set out in these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions will remain in effect while you use the Services.

We may suspend your access to Services or terminate your account with us if your use of the Services violates any of these Terms and Conditions.

Data Protection Declaration

We will only use your personal information as set out in the Data Protection Declaration (as amended from time to time) available here.
